At Churchill’s, the art of dry aging great steaks begins with using the highest grades of all natural, hormone free beef, Wagyu Beef and Himalayan Salt (the purest salt on earth). We use a 41 day Himayalan Salt wall process that seasons the air while improving the flavor of our aged beef and continues to intensify the taste of our amazing steaks.
