Oysters Rockefeller - A New Orleans Classic. Spinach stuffing, a touch of Pernod and topped with Béarnaise sauce. 
 
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake – Sautéed Maryland style in lemon brown butter. Served with a caper garlic aioli sauce.
 
Oysters on the Half Shell - Seasonal East Coast selection of fresh oysters. Served with oyster crackers and house-made horseradish cocktail sauce.
 
Calamari –Lightly fried or sautéed, served with three complimentary sauces - classic cocktail, citrus beurre blanc and Churchill’s remoulade.
 
Tuna Sashimi – Served with spicy and sesame Wakame salad, Wasabi and topped with spicy mayo. Served with fried wontons and soy sauce.
 
Steak Bites - Seasoned beef tenderloin tips grilled with caramelized onions.  Served on a bed of spicy arugula and topped with Churchill's Zip sauce. 
 
Churchill Sliders – Seasoned beef with caramelized onions, homemade ketchup and mustard. Served with dill pickles and a choice of three cheeses - American, Swiss or Cheddar.
 
Shrimp Arancini - House made risotto stuffed with shrimp, then fried to perfection.  Served with Toma Alfredo and Marinara.
 
Fried Green Tomatoes - Served with a Pan Etouffee, garlic aoli and fresh herbs..
 
Charcuterie Platter - An array of gourmet cheeses and cured meats.  Served with crackers, olives, strawberries, honey and balsamic.

Caesar Salad – Crisp chopped Romaine lettuce, seasoned croutons, shaved Parmesan Reggiano. Served with our house-made classic Caesar dressing.
 
Caprese Salad - Layers of tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil, herbs.
 
Davidoff Salad – Field greens, creamy goat cheese, roasted beets, toasted almonds, slivered red onions and shaved carrots. Served with a delicate citrus vinaigrette.
 
 Wedge – Wedge of iceberg lettuce, tomato, chopped bacon, hard boiled egg, English cucumber and shaved red onions. Served with a house-made crumbled blue cheese dressing.
 
Crab Stack - Crab, avocado, tomatoes, spicy mayo, micro green salad.

All sandwiches are served with a choice of sweet potato fries or potato wedges.
 
Cubano Sandwich- Slow roasted pork, thinly sliced ham, melted Swiss cheese, dill pickles and mustard on Cuban bread. 
 
Steak Sandwich - Pan seared beef tenderloin.  Served on a pretzel roll topped with arugula, stadium mustard, pickled red onions and tomatoes. 
 
Blackened Salmon Club - Fresh Atlantic Blackened Salmon with crispy bacon, arugula, tomato, Aioli and crushed capers. Served on a loaf bun.
 
Lobster Tempura Sandwich - Fresh Maine Lobster Tail deep-fried, spicy mayonnaise, tomatoes, Wakame salad and fried wontons.  Served on a loaf bun.
 
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich - Hand breaded in a blend of herbs and spices.  Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles and our signature spicy Aioli. 
 
Chipotle Chicken Sandwhich - Grilled chicken, swiss cheese, letuce, tomatoes, chipotle aoli sauce, ciabatta bun.
 
Churchill's Cheeseburger - 1/2 lb. of grilled seasoned beef.  Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, and a choice of American, Swiss or Cheddar cheese.
 
Blue Crab Stuffed Salmon - Grilled asparagus, fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, lobster cream sauce.
 
 Grilled Filet Mignon (6oz) - Sauteed portabella mushroom, haricot vert and herb mashed potatoes.  Served with Churchill's Zip sauce or Bearnaise sauce.  
 
Ashton Penne Pasta - San Marzano Marinara sauce or Toma Pesto Alfredo.  Served with Parmesan Garlic Bread.

At Churchill’s, the art of dry aging great steaks begins with using the highest grades of all natural, hormone free beef, Wagyu Beef and Himalayan salt (the purest salt on earth). We use a 28 day Himalayan salt wall process that seasons the air while improving the flavor of our aged beef and continues to intensify the taste of our amazing steaks.
 
Grilled Bone-in NY Strip Steak (16oz) – Served with fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables and one complementary sauce.
 
Grilled Bone-in Rib-eye Steak (20oz) -- Served with fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables and one complementary sauce.
 
Grilled Petite (6oz) Filet Mignon or the Larger Gentlemen’s Cut (10oz) – Sautéed portabella mushroom, seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. Served with one complementary sauce.

Berkshire Pork Chop - Pan seared. Spinach, red peppers, bourbon cream sauce, potato wedges.

Lobster Risotto - Arboriorice slowly cooked with a rich lobster stock, cream and tossed with Maine Lobster.  
 
Blue Crab Stuffed Salmon - Fresh Atlantic pan-seared Salmon stuffed with Blue Crab.  Served with grilled asparagus, fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes and a savory lobster cream.

Crème Brûlée – A generous amount of ultra-smooth vanilla infused custard topped with Barbados cane sugar for a delightful caramelized finish adorned with seasonal fresh fruit.
